Hotel pickup is available from all accommodations in Ao Nang, Khlong Muang, Tubkaek, and Krabi Town, with an estimated pickup window between 01:30 PM – 02:45 PM Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.

To facilitate a timely departure, please be present in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. - Please note that the itinerary is subject to change, and all listed times are approximate. Remaining time is allocated based on travel durations between pickup and drop-off locations, and transit times between activities.
- A minimum of 15 participants is required for the tour to proceed. In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
