What to expect

The adventure begins in Bangrak’s historic fresh market, one of Bangkok’s oldest. If you join the morning session, your chef will guide you through the market to handpick ingredients while sharing local tips and culinary insights. It’s not just a shopping trip — it’s a window into Thai life and culture.

Back at the air-conditioned kitchen upstairs in a cozy studio, you’ll prep and cook four authentic Thai dishes with step-by-step guidance from English-speaking chefs. Menus rotate daily, so each day offers something new — from Pad Thai and Tom Yum Goong to Green Curry and Mango Sticky Rice. The experience is fully hands-on, with a great mix of learning, fun, and flavor.

After cooking, gather around the table to enjoy the meal you’ve made. No need to take notes or photos — you’ll receive a follow-up email with recipes and photos taken during your session, ready to recreate at home.

Offered in three sessions daily — morning with market tour, afternoon, and evening — the class is centrally located near the Chao Phraya River and major hotels. It’s a perfect activity before continuing your Bangkok adventure or winding down with a full belly and a happy heart.
