What to expect

Discover the authentic soul of Salina through an immersive food and wine experience among vineyards, traditions and breathtaking views.
During this experience led by a local expert, you will visit a local winery, where heroic viticulture meets the history and biodiversity of the Aeolian Islands.
After a brief introduction to island viticulture and native grape varieties such as Malvasia delle Lipari, you will be accompanied on a guided tasting of 4 selected local wines, including dried and passita Malvasia, accompanied by typical products such as bruschetta, capers, cheeses, bread and artisan biscuits.
