Check out of Ilkeliani Tented camp/Mara Sopa Lodge, and proceed for further game drives in the vast Masai Mara plains in search of the big 5 – Check inn at Mara Ashnil Luxury camp where you spend 2 nights as you trail the wildebeest herds. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields from late June. The dramatic crossing of the river and the preying on the migrants by predators can be viewed from early July to October. The reserve abounds with birdlife since the dose to about 452 species has been recorded. Hot air balloon safaris are readily available in this park

Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast then drive Lake Nakuru National park- to arrive in good time for lunch at Flamingo hill lodge afternoon game drives the scenic park famed for numerous species of birdlife especially the pink flamingoes. Dinner and overnight stay at Flamingo Hill Lodge Lake Nakuru, a shallow alkaline lake in the Rift Valley, renowned for its spectacular flamingo population as one of the world’s greatest ornithological spectacles. Although Lake Nakuru is primarily a bird sanctuary, there are a considerable number of animals to be encountered, such as many large game animals such as zebras, elephants, and gazelles, this is one of our best chances of seeing rhinos. Lake Nakuru National Park was the first place in Kenya selected as a rhino reserve. Here is one of the few places where we can see Rothschild’s giraffes.

Lake NAkuru – Nairobi

Lake Nakuru
After breakfast proceeds for a game drive to Lake Nakuru which is world-renowned for its masses of flamingoes and is often referred to as the "Pink Lake". Besides birds, it is possible to see small games, like Water Buck, Impala, Rhino and Buffalo in the gardens surrounding. After lunch depart to Nairobi arriving around 4/5pm in the evening.
