You’ll stroll through manicured gardens and past the elegant city hall with its Spanish Revival architecture and golden cupola. Along the way, you’ll learn about chocolate’s 3,000-year journey from Olmec, Mayan, and Aztec rituals, and find out how small family farms still produce 90 percents of the world’s cocoa.
I’ll share the story of a Brazilian immigrant who brought Swiss chocolate expertise to Beverly Hills, and you’ll taste the difference between pralines, truffles, and bonbons created by world-renowned chocolatiers.
