The tour begins at Aldersgate Street. The nearest subway station is Barbican, and you can take the yellow Circle line, the pink Hammersmith & City line, or the maroon Metropolitan line to get there. You can also take the red Central line to St. Paul’s station to reach Aldersgate Street.
