Airport pick up: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative/driver who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Non-Airport pick up: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver (WhatsApp).

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
- Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
