The pick up / drop off time depends on your train timetable. If you book our train station pick up, you will be picked up from Xian North Train Station and dropped off at your centrally-located hotel. Otherwise, your pick up location would be centrally-located hotel and drop off location would be Xian North Train Station.

Upon arrival at Xian North Railway Station, a representative will be waiting, holding a sign displaying your name. You will be escorted to your private vehicle and driven in comfort to your Xian hotel. Or if it’s a train station drop off service, our representative will be picking you up at your hotel lobby 2 hours before your train departure time. You will travel in either an air-conditioned sedan (for 1 to 2 people) or an air-conditioned minivan (for 3 to 8 people) We cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. Due to their availability, you may have a Chinese speaking driver, but they know exactly where to pick you up and where to drop you off. Guests can use their phone to call our translator if need during the ride.
