Meeting and pickup
Enter the name or address of your hotel and we will pick you up. If applicable, enter the name of the airport and we will meet you in the arrival terminal lobby. One of our drivers will be waiting for you with a sign with your names. At the port of Civitavecchia, we will meet you directly at your cruise ship's dock.
What to expect
Name of the lead passenger and total number of travelers.
Full address of your accommodation in Rome.
Destination address in Naples (metropolitan area and Beverello pier).
For airport pickups (Fiumicino/Ciampino): Airport name, flight number, date and expected landing time.
Meeting Point:
At the Airport: After passport control and baggage claim, your private driver will meet you in the arrivals hall (Meeting Point between the columns). He or she will be easily identifiable by a sign with your name.
In the City (Rome): The meeting point will be in the lobby of your hotel or at the address provided.
Waiting and Punctuality Policy:
Airport Pickup: Includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. In case of longer delays, with prior notice, an additional hourly rate will be applied. Without prior notice, the service will be considered a no-show after 60 minutes.
City Pickup: Please be ready 5 minutes early. The maximum wait time is 20 minutes; any delays without prior notice will result in the service being cancelled as a no-show.
