Pickup details:

Write the name or address of your hotel and we will pick you up. If applicable, write the name of the airport and we will meet you in the arrival terminal lobby. Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your names written on it.

What to expect

Required booking information:
Passengers' names and phone number.
Complete departure and arrival addresses (Rome and Florence).
For Airports: Airport name, flight number, and landing time.
Meeting and Waiting Procedures:
At the Airport: The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall (Meeting Point) with a name sign. The waiting time is free of charge for 60 minutes after landing. After this time, upon prior notification, an additional hourly rate will apply.
At the Hotel/Address: The driver will wait up to a maximum of 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
No-Show: After this time, without receiving any notification from the passengers, the service will be considered a "No Show" and will not be refundable.
