For Airport Pickup (FCO): Please provide your arrival date, flight number, and estimated landing time. Your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall at the designated Meeting Point, holding a professional sign with your name displayed on an iPad/tablet.
For Port Pickups: Please provide the name of your cruise ship. Your driver will meet you directly at the disembarkation pier (dockside).
The service will end at the port of Civitavecchia, with passengers disembarking directly at the cruise ship's docking and departure point. If the service is reversed, please specify the name of the cruise ship for pickup and the destination address in Rome.
What to expect
Your professional driver will meet you directly in the lobby of your hotel or at the provided address in Rome. We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your cruise departure to ensure a relaxed journey.
From Fiumicino (FCO), after landing and collecting your luggage, head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver will be waiting at the designated Meeting Point (between the columns) holding a sign with your name displayed on an iPad/tablet. No stress, no searching—we find you.
