In Sannohe Town, you will talk with an apple farmer with over 90 years of history and a commitment to organic cultivation, and in Rokunohe Town, you will meet a producer who aims to practice local circular dairy farming with the motto "eating the scenery." Finally, in Tanesashi, Kita-Sanriku, you will experience the work of fishermen who do not put a strain on the environment.
This is a tour to savor the special food and sake of southern Aomori Prefecture, talking with producers who are confronted with the nature and climate of each region, and enjoying sake that matches the ingredients accompanied by a sake brewer.

    We will visit the farm of a young farmer who aims to become a cowboy and raises shorthorn cattle to ship and sell as beef.
