The tour begins with a playful walk through the vineyards, with a must-see stop at the famous Luiano Panoramic Swing: the perfect place for a photo that captures the beauty of the Tuscan landscape! You will then continue in the ancient cellars carved into the foundations of the Villa, where your host will reveal the history of the place and the secrets of winemaking. The Pleasure of the Table : Personalized Tasting The visit culminates in our cosy Lounge or on the terrace with a view. At Luiano, tastings are an opportunity to have fun, learning in a light way. We will guide you through a selection of our wines, including Chianti Classico DOCG (Vintage, Reserve and Gran Selezione) and our Super Tuscan IGT (Lui di Luiano). Each taste is presented on our famous “talking placemat” and is accompanied DA Tuscan food pairings.

Welcome to Greve in Chianti, historically recognized as the capital of Chianti Classico! Piazza Matteotti, famous for its unique triangular shape (or DA le trapezoi) and surrounded by elegant medieval arcades. These arcades, once a shelter for merchants, are now home to artisan shops and historic butcher shops. Guided by our Destination Expert, you will explore the square uncovering stories, anecdotes and historical reasons that have made Greve the commercial and social centre of the region since the Middle Ages. Admire the statue of explorer Giovanni DA Verrazzano and the ancient Church of Santa Croce, before diving into the tastiest part of the tour.

Discover the secrets of certified organic production of Chianti Classico. Your experience will begin among the beautifully exposed vineyards, where you will learn about sustainable practices that ensure the highest quality of grapes, with very low yields to concentrate the flavor. You will then be taken inside the cellar, a place where tradition and innovation meet. You can admire the large barrels and barriques where the famous Chianti Classico and Supertuscan Seraselva mature slowly, acquiring complexity and structure.

Leave the most touristic Chianti behind and get ready to discover Montefioralle, one of the most beautiful and best preserved villages in Italy. This ancient almond-shaped castle, which has remained intact over time, is the true essence of medieval Tuscany. With our expert local Guide, you will walk along its walls and concentric alleys, discovering the history of the noble families who inhabited it (including, it is said, the ancestors of Amerigo Vespucci). You will reach the most suggestive viewpoints, DA where you can admire a breathtaking view of the Chianti Classico hills, covered with vineyards and olive groves.
