Situated in the northwest of Beijing City, Summer Palace is the largest and most well-preserved royal garden in China, it famous for its natural views and cultural interests, the palace has long been recognized as 'The Museum of Royal Gardens'. Summer Palace composed by the Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake, it has over 3,000 ancient structures, including pavilions, towers, bridges, corridors, etc.

It’s a good idea to book your tickets in advance, particularly in peak season. Choose your preferred date and time slot for the visit and your tickets will be sent to your email. When you arrive at the Summer Palace you’ll be able to enter without delay.

Of course you can choose to upgrade for a guided tour when make booking. Your tour guide will accompany you all the way in the palace, and explain the histories and stories along the way. Since it is a private tour just for you and your party, feel free to ask questions during the tour.
