Itinerary

    Day 1

    Xi'an - Shaolin Temple (D)

    Monastero Shaolin (Shaolin Temple)

    Your driver will pick you up in your Xi'an Hotel's lobby and you will be transferred to Xi'an train station for your 2 hour bullet train ride to Zhengzhou. Upon arrival, your local guide will hold your name sign waiting for you at the exit of the arrival hall. Then heading directly to Shaolin Temple which takes about 1.5 hours. First you will have a chance to witness the real Kungfu performed by Shaolin monks. Accompanied by your knowledgable tour guide, you will get you know the histories and related stories about Shaolin Temple - culture, people and soul.

    Pagoda Forest of Shaolin Temple

    Afterwards, you will explore the Pagoda Forest which is a concentration of tomb pagodas for eminent monks and abbots of the temple. Enjoy a simple dinner in the Shaolin Temple. Then you will be transferred to Shaolin Temple hotel.

    Shaolin Temple - Xi'an (B, L)

    After breakfast in your hotel, walking to the Shaolin Temple to start your 2 hour morning Kungfu class to learn the basic Kungfu movements with a Kung fu master. Then, you will enjoy a simple vegetarian lunch in the Shaolin Temple with the monks. Afterwards you will explore the Shanhuang Village Resort. Accompanied by your tour guide, you will take the cable car up to the starting point of a completely amazing skyroad, you will enjoy the peaceful, mystical, surprising and unique experience, then walk to the temple. Along the way, sometime you may see some Kungfu practice. You will spend around 2 hours here. . After your exciting tour finished, your tour guide will take you to Zhengzhou Railway Station for your train back to Xi'an (approx. 2.5 hours). Once arrives, your driver will pick you up at Xi'anRailway Station and transfer you back to your hotel in Xi'an City. You also can choose to end your tour in Zhengzhou. Note: You will take the train on your own, your local English speaking tour guide will meet you in Zhengzhou.
