Your bilingual driver will be waiting for you 10 mintes before at frontdesk. Once we identify you, we will go to the parking lot in search of the latest model van that will take you safely from Tamarindo to your new destination, a hotel in the Arenal area, specifically in the small town of La Fortuna.

During the trip you will have internet connection, bottled water and 1 hour to make stops, time that you can use for restrooms, buy a souvenir, or simply try something local like drink a coconut water or taste a delicious tropical fruit. In case your flight will be delayed, don't worry about it, because our driver will wait for you as long as necessary.

At the end of the trip our driver will teach you a few words in Spanish and tell you more about Costa Rican history. We will notify you a few minutes before arriving so that you are ready to enjoy your new destination.

Pickup details:

Your driver will be waiting for you at the lobby 10 minutes before the service begin. Once we meet you, he will put the luggage in the van and take you safe to your new destination. This trip lasts approximately 3 hours, and is done in Hyundai Staria style minibuses for passengers from 1 to 4, or Toyota Hiace when there are more than 4 passengers, in case of larger groups.

What to expect

Our drivers will arrive to the reception of your hotel around 10 minutes before, in uniform and asking at frotdesk for your name, and deliver you safely to your hotel at Bagaces.

As it is a private transport you can make all stops you want with a total duration of 1 hour. You can use this time for take lunch or buy something in a souvenir. Few minutes before arrive to your new hotel our driver will tell you in case you want something else.
