Pickup details:

The pick-up time varies according to the location of each client, that’s is why three days before your transport we will contact you for know about your hotel name and give you the specific time for your shared transportation. On the day of transportation, you must wait for our driver at the reception at least 10 minutes before your arrival, the pick-up time may vary a few minutes so we recommend that you be punctual with the time that we provide you. In case you won’t be there at the moment our van arrives, we will wait for no more of 5 minutes. This transportation includes only a stop on the way for 10 minutes to do any need. Minutes before arrive you your new destination our driver will tell you for be ready.

What to expect

Our driver will meet you at the hotel at the time you booked, he will be in uniform and asking at frotdesk for your name at the oficial schedule departure. We will let you know the day before the specific time for pick up, but it is important you know it may vary a couple minutes, then will be important you be ready at frontdesk almost 10 mintutes before the oficial time. During the trip you will have the oportunity to enjoy of 45 minutes boat trip in the Arenal Lake. The trip after the boat trip from Arenal Lake to La Fortuna will take around 30 minutes, and from Arenal Lake to Monteverde is almost 2 hours.
