Pickup Information for Travelers
- Our representative will meet you at the designated pickup point (airport arrival gate, hotel lobby, or bus station exit) holding a placard with your name or our company name: Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels.
- Please ensure your arrival details (flight number, bus time, or hotel address) are shared with us in advance.
- If your transport is delayed or rescheduled, kindly inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.
- For airport pickups: after clearing immigration and baggage claim, proceed directly to the exit gate. If you cannot find our staff immediately, kindly wait near the information desk.
- Our driver/representative will assist you with luggage and transfer you comfortably to your destination.
We provide drop-off service to your preferred location—whether it’s your hotel, airport, bus station, or any other address within the city/region. Simply let us know your desired drop-off point in advance, and our team will ensure a safe and comfortable transfer.
What to expect
Once you confirm your trip or transport request, we record your pickup details (flight number, hotel, or bus schedule) and your drop-off destination.
You’ll receive a confirmation message/email with all necessary instructions and contact information.
2. Pre-Trip Coordination
Our team may reconfirm your arrival/departure time a day before the service.
For airport/bus pickups, please share any last-minute updates (delays, changes) so we can adjust accordingly.
3. Pickup
On the scheduled date and time, our representative/driver will meet you at the designated location:
Airport: At the exit gate after baggage claim, holding a placard with your name or our company name.
Hotel: In the lobby or reception area.
Bus Station/Other Location: At the main exit point or agreed-upon meeting spot.
Our staff will warmly welcome you, assist with your luggage, and guide you to the vehicle.
4. Comfortable Transfer
You will travel in a private, clean, and well-maintained vehicle suited to your group size.
Our driver ensures a safe and smooth journey, with short breaks available on request during long drives.
5. Assistance During Travel
Bottled water and basic refreshments may be provided (depending on the service).
Our team can also share local tips or answer your questions about the journey.
6. Drop-Off
At the end of the ride, we drop you at your desired destination (hotel, airport, bus station, or any location within the city/region).
Our team assists with unloading luggage and ensures you are safely settled before leaving.
7. Follow-Up
After drop-off, we remain available via phone/WhatsApp for any further assistance, future bookings, or questions.
