A complete tour of Matera, the “European Capital of the Culture 2019”, a place unique in the world named Unesco World Heritage in 1993. We’ll walk up and down the Sasso Caveoso, and we’ll visit Casa Grotta di Vico Solitario, a typical “Sasso” dwelling still furnished as it was in 1953. We’ll visit “Santa Lucia alle Malve”, a. Rupestrian church in good conditions and we’ll stop here and there into the souvenir shops.
At the end of the tour, I’ll take you to the other side of the canyon for the best view of Matera and its “Sassi”
