06.00 - 07.00: Pick up guests according to the meeting point in Hue City
07.30 - 10.00: This morning you will be picked up and transferred to Dong Hoi. On the way, you will visit the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) which became the fiercest battlefield during the Vietnam War from 1954 to 1975 Cemetery. 10.00 - 12.00: You will next stop at Hien Luong Bridge spanning Ben Hai River. In the Vietnam war, it was bisected between South Vietnam and North Vietnam. This is the symbol of desire for peace and freedom. Continue to Vinh Moc Tunnels – This is a great structure, a famous place and a historical site in Quang Tri. It is the symbol of Vietnamese patriotism and bravery. You will be surprised by long and firm tunnels where had been the houses of local people in the war.
12.00 - 13.00: Lunch at a local restaurant.
13.00 - 16.00: In the afternoon, you will take a boat to visit Cung Dinh, Tien, Bi Ky caves and more. Phong Nha’s cave system features underground passageways and river caves filled with stalactites and stalagmites. It is famous for its rock formations that bear intriguing names such as the “Lion”, “Unicorn”, “Kneeling elephant” and “the Buddha”. Phong Nha has been voted as one of the most wonderful caves in the world for a number of reasons, such as the longest underground river, the most beautiful underground lake, the highest and widest entrance or the most beautiful and widest dry cave.
16.00 - 22.00: Check in at your hotel in Phong Nha. Have dinner and free time. Overnight in Phong Nha.
06.00 - 07.00: Breakfast at the hotel. Check out the hotel.
07.30 - 11.00: Continue to explore Paradide (Thien Duong) cave – the limestone core area of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. Take a short drive by electric car to the mountain foot. Then, start climbing a steep karstic hill of 524 stone steps to the wonderful cave.
11.00 - 12.30: Transfer to Dong Hoi and have lunch.
Transfer back to Hue. On the way, visit La Vang Holy – an important place of pilgrimage for Catholics of Vietnam. Arrive in Hue, check in the hotel or transfer to the airport for the departure flight. End of service.
