Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue.
The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 10:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day.
- The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom.
