Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:
Playa Del Carmen: Coco Bongo at Playa Del Carmen
If you are passing the Playacar area you will have to move to Coco Bongo for your pickup
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco Bongo which is the closest meeting point
The pickup time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service
Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable.
What to expect
Start your adventure with an ATV ride through the jungle, driving along narrow and winding trails surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Experience the thrill of off-road riding as you explore the natural landscape of the Mayan jungle.
Next, take your adventure to new heights on a 6-zipline circuit. Soar through the treetops and enjoy an adrenaline-filled experience above the jungle canopy with safety equipment provided.
After the adventure, cool off with a refreshing swim in a sacred Mayan cenote, a natural freshwater pool surrounded by the beauty of the jungle.
Finish your experience with a delicious chicken fajita lunch before returning to Playa del Carmen. Hotel pickup and drop-off, a bilingual guide, safety equipment, lunch, and refreshments are included.
