What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:
Playa Del Carmen: For logistic if we cannot pick you up we can pick you up at strategic meeting points; Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen or The Elements
If you are passing the Playacar area you will have to move to Coco Bongo for your pickup
Tulum: There is no pickup in any hotel or Airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by its own, please get in contact with us so we can assist you. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco Bongo which is the closest meeting point.
The pickup time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.
The 10:00 am pickups start at 09:00 am and 1:00 PM pickups start at 12:00 Pm.
Depending on the availability, the schedule can change (in highly season), a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable.
For Hotels located close to 5th avenue, for logistic we offer meeting points (please contact tour operator to confirm if we can pick you up or if we will offer you a meeting point: Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen & The Elements are the meeting points that you can choose.

- Bring extra change of clothes, bathing suit and towel
- We do not accept credit card of any type (AE, VISA, MC)
- The maximum weight allowed is 264lb.
- For safety reasons, clients cannot carry cell phones or cameras during the tour because they are in the air due to the zip lines or because they are on an ATV and they have to use both hands and if they use the other for their camera they could suffer an accident. IT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY, or because they lose their phone or camera and we are not responsible, drones are not allowed.
- What is allowed is a go pro with the chest strap or head strap that can be placed on the helmet with the strap, so if you don't have the strap or complete equipment, or if you want to go with just the go camera pro or with the go pro camera stick it is not possible, you need the straps, IT IS MANDATORY
- We are not responsible if you lose your camera go proo
- The insurance for ATVs is optional and costs $10 USD. The same applies to locker rental — it is optional and also $10 USD.
