In some hotels in downtown and Airbnb´s we can not provide pickups for this reason we assign meeting points, contact us to confirm if we can pick you up: Playa del Carmen Playacar: For some hotels in these areas pickups are , outside The Reef Playacar and bus stop outside Sandos Playacar. The pickup time is set according to your location (pickups are between 07:00 - 08:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we can not provide the service.
