In case that you are staying at a hotel past the Comfort Inn, a balance will be charged upon arrival at Check Inn.
The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 8:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by its own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot

Your adventure begins aboard the Unlimited, a spacious two-level catamaran designed for a comfortable and relaxed day on the Caribbean. Your first stop is Punta Sam Reef, where you’ll snorkel and discover the marine life beneath the turquoise waters. After snorkeling, continue sailing to a beach club to enjoy a delicious buffet and your favorite drink. Then, head to the famous Playa Norte to relax, swim, and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters. Finally, spend 2 hours exploring downtown Isla Mujeres, shopping for souvenirs, visiting local shops, or simply strolling through its colorful streets. On the way back, the fun continues on board with music, dancing, drinks, and a lively Caribbean atmosphere until you return to the marina.

- Snorkeling is subject to weather and sea conditions and may be canceled for safety reasons due to strong waves or instructions from the Port Authority. In such cases, the remaining activities will operate as scheduled, and no partial or full refund will be provided for the canceled snorkeling activity. By booking this tour, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
