In case that you are staying at a hotel past the Comfort Inn, a balance will be charged upon arrival at Check Inn.
The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 8:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by its own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot

Your journey begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel, followed by a short transfer to our exclusive marina . Step aboard our catamaran and set sail across the dazzling Caribbean Sea toward Isla Mujeres, feeling the ocean breeze and soaking in the stunning turquoise views along the way. During the cruise, we’ll make a stop at one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful natural reserves — the perfect spot to snorkel in crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life. Discover colorful coral formations, tropical fish. Once we arrive at Isla Mujeres, enjoy free time to: Stroll the charming streets filled with marine-life murals and local shop. Relax at our beach club and admire breathtaking Caribbean views. Later, delight in a delicious buffet lunch and a refreshing open bar included with your tour. As the sun begins to set, board the catamaran once more and unwind with music, drinks, and the unforgettable golden hues of the Caribbean sunset on your way back.

- The snorkeling activity is optional and subject to weather conditions. On certain occasions, it may not be possible to carry it out due to strong waves or by order of the Port Authority, which may prohibit passengers from entering the water. If the snorkeling activity cannot take place, no partial or full refund will be issued, as the rest of the tour activities will operate as normal. By booking this tour, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
