Underground River Tour (B/L)

Puerto Princesa Underground River
Breakfast in the hostel and eat heartily because we are about to do some trekking! You will be picked up early in the morning in our accommodations and get into a van to start the tour. This tour will not only show you the stunning underground river but you will also stop by at some beautiful landscapes along the way. The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is one of the most important protected areas of the Philippines. It features a spectacular limestone or karst landscape with one of the most complex cave systems. It contains an 8.2 km long underground river that flows directly to the sea. The lower half of the river is brackish and is affected by the ocean’s tide. An underground river directly flowing into the sea, and the associated tidal influence makes it a significant natural phenomenon. The discovery of at least 11 minerals, crystal and egg shape rock formations, and a 20 million-year-old Miocene age serenia fossil in the cave further add to its scientific value.

Day 3
Transfer Puerto Princesa to El Nido (B)

This morning you will board a transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, a pristine natural sanctuary home to a wealth of coral reefs, lagoons, islets, caves, coves, springs and waterfalls. On arrival check-in your new accommodation and overnight. Please note: many accommodations in El Nido do not have 24-hour electricity.

Day 4
El Nido Island Hopping (B/L/D)

Today, you'll be picked up at your accommodation to discover some of El Nido's most stunning hidden gems on a custom boat tour. See beautiful rock formations and different lagoons by kayak, ending with a spectacular sunset. You'll then jump into a minivan and boat to arrive at Daracotan Island. You'll be spending the night in open air, local'style nipa huts on the beach. Enjoy a delicious camp dinner in front of a bonfire, under the stars.

Day 5
Darocotan Island Remote Experience (B/L/D)

Enjoy an early morning breakfast, followed by a morning of snorkelling. Look out for clown fish (Nemo!), turtles and manta rays as you snorkel reefs and the local shipwreck. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat tour around the island, stopping off at empty, secluded beaches along the way before heading back to the mainland and watching the sun go down.

Day 6
Zipline and Nacpan Beach (B)

You will get to see one of the most beautiful beaches in the world today- Nacpan Beach! You will be picked up from Darocotan island at 9 AM and head down to Nacpan. Upon arrival, you will be checking in your accommodation. After checking in, enjoy the gorgeous beach! Swim, work on your tan or play some volleyball in the sand, make new friends or just relax. This is the perfect day to just be chilling and relaxing on a beautiful beach! At around 4PM (before sunset), you will be picked up to go to Las Cabanas for an adrenaline-filled ziplining activity. Enjoy flying like Superman while watching the gorgeous sunset of Palawan! Overnight in Nacpan

Day 7
El Nido Island Hopping (B/L)

It’s your last full day in paradise!! After a day of chilling and adventure yesterday, it’s time to explore hidden beaches and beautiful little islands. No better way of spending your last day! You will be picked up in your accommodation after breakfast and will be taken to sail in the crystal clear waters and find the secret beaches and islands like Helicopter island and Matinloc shrine. It’s a day full of sunshine, gorgeous beaches, exploration and good vibes. We’ll start heading back to Nacpan beach at around 4 PM. Enjoy a free night in Nacpan Beach, have some well-deserved drinks at Mad Monkey Nacpan and celebrate your last night! Overnight in Nacpan

El Nido to Puerto Princesa - Airport or Accommodation Drop-Off (B)

It is time to say goodbye to this beach paradise as you catch a transfer back to Puerto Princesa, where you will be dropped off either at your next accommodation or at the airport for your onward flight. You will be returning to Puerto Princesa in the early afternoon. If you plan to fly off on this day, we strongly recommend that you book a flight only after 4 pm, as otherwise you will risk missing it.

Our preferred accommodations have been selected for proximity to the beach, and for this reason most do not have swimming pools. Please don't expect swimming pools at hostel accommodations either.
