In the morning, drive to Borobudur area to a small village called Candirejo. Drive through to get a taste for local life with a horse cart ride through Candirejo village. Candirejo, a traditional Javanese village which is rich in its natural surroundings and being promoted for village tourism, portraying traditional Javanese culture and daily life through traditional houses, plantation resources, art performance, ceremonies, farming, and local food. You will participate in daily social activities to feel their real traditional village atmosphere, culture, and their lifestyle. Besides that, you’ll travel along small lanes lined with traditional houses and stop to see village activities such as making cassava crackers and playing the gamelan.
