  Sharjah Fort - Al Hisn

  Continue to the Sharjah Fort (Al Hisn Fort) to explore the traditional Arabic architecture. It was supposed to be destroyed by the Sheikh Khalid bin Muhammad Al Qasimi in order to destroy all reminders of his predecessor, but a timely arrival of the Sharjah’s current ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi saved the remaining ‘Al Kubs’ tower. Later he ordered the rebuilding of the Fort and now you can walk around its amazing rock and coral buildings.
