Enjoy a relaxed wine tasting in a typical local bar and learn everything about the elaboration of these unique wines. A world of traditions and emotions, of aromas and tastes. Sherry is not only a drink but an experience, a key part of the cultural identity of Jerez. This tour is designed only for small groups – I prefer a familiar atmosphere.

What to expect
Become an authentic Sherry lover! On the trail of the product that has shaped the economy, society and architecture of Jerez for centuries: the Sherry.
We orient ourselves in the historical context, learn a lot about the wine and its importance for the city and the region, discover the bodega architecture, urban palaces, narrow streets, cozy shady places and experience the relaxed and cheerful, Andalusian way of life. For just as the historical circumstances have formed these wines for thousands of years, their production, trade and enjoyment have been a determining factor in the history of this region and for the cultural identity of its people.
Finally, we go over to the practical oenology and taste three different sherry wines to a tapa in a typical bar :-) That will give you an impression of the diversity of these unique wines, from the pale straw yellow and absolutely dry Fino to the dark and very sweet Pedro Ximénez, and learn how it arises.
