We combine practical wine knowledge with important information and taste three different sherries with a tapa in a typical bar. You will discover the diversity of these extraordinary wines, from the pale straw-yellow and absolutely dry Fino to the dark and very sweet Pedro Ximénez, and learn how it arises. In this way, you will come to understand the unique personality of Sherry and discover how best to enjoy it. After our tasting, you are of course welcome to stay in the bar to continue testing your newly acquired knowledge in practice on your own.
