    Taj Mahal

    After morning pickup at your Agra hotel or the train station (where the guide meets you at the main exit gate), relax in a private air-conditioned vehicle and head to a visiting the Taj Mahal. Mehtab Bagh Spend two hours in the morning taking in the World Heritage-listed Taj Mahal, one of India's most famous sites. Then continue to Agra Fort, a red sandstone fort built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. with a combination of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. At 1pm, stop at a recommended local restaurant for lunch. After launch heading to Baby Taj or Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra, Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Baby Taj", the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal. (OPTIONAL) Check out some shopping opportunities in Agra for marble and stone handicrafts. Your tour ends in the evening with return to your hotel or drop-off at Agra Cantt Railway Station (AGC).
