One of the best long treks in Nepal, the Manaslu long trek is an amazing combination of the Tsum Valley Trek and the Nar Phu Trek. Take the journey of a lifetime and be engulfed with the beautiful sceneries, lush green valleys and amazing Himalayan views. Trekking in Nepal is becoming more popular every year, as so Touch the Himilaya offers only the best of the best. The Manaslu long trek of 34 days starts in the Manaslu region and continues all the way westwards into the famous Region. This Manaslu Long Trek requires a good form of fitness as we will cross 3 famous high altitude passes. The Larkya La at 5,160 meter, the Kang La at 5,306 meter and the Thorung La Pass at 5,416 meter. Amazing views can be seen from both passes and visiting the in between the highest lake in Nepal, Lake Tilicho makes this trek only that more spectacular. Besides the amazing sceneries and Himalayan views, the Manaslu Long Trek brings you also through some diverse culture and authentic rural villages.

After a warm welcome, you'll be transferred to your hotel in the city, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to your journey. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. Whether you choose to unwind at your hotel or take a stroll through the vibrant streets of Kathmandu, this time is meant for you to relax after your travels. In the evening, you'll settle in for an overnight stay at your hotel, resting up for the adventures ahead.

    Your day will begin with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, giving you the energy needed for the exciting day ahead. Following breakfast, our team will pick you up and take you to our office for a comprehensive trek briefing. During this time, you'll receive all necessary information and make final preparations for your upcoming adventure. In the afternoon, you’ll embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu’s most iconic landmarks. First, you'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site rich in history and culture, featuring ancient palaces and temples. From there, you will head to the Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, offering panoramic views of the city and a deeply spiritual atmosphere. After the tour, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel where you can relax for the rest of the evening. You'll spend the night at your hotel in Kathmandu, ready for the next day’s activities.

    The day begins with a hearty breakfast at your hotel, followed by check-out as you prepare to embark on the next leg of your journey. Our team will pick you up and transfer you to the bus park, where you'll board a bus for a scenic ride through Nepal's beautiful countryside. The bus will take you to Arughat, the starting point of the Manaslu trek. As you travel, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of terraced fields, rolling hills, and local villages, giving you a glimpse into Nepal’s rural beauty. Upon arrival in Arughat, you'll check in to your hotel and have some time to settle in. In the evening, a delicious dinner will be served, and you’ll spend the night at your hotel, resting for the exciting trek ahead. Traveler's note: Arughat is a large town situated at the border of Dhading and Gorkha districts. It is well-known for its bustling markets and its location along the banks of the Bhudi Gandaki River, making it a key point of trade and local activity.
