River cruise for birds watching is one of unique and attractive event in Galle flow through the Ging River. This Ging River is only one River come across Galle District by dividing in to several branches in several area. It starts from Sinharaja Rainforest and flow through the rich Eco systems and passing the wet zone of the country. Therefore we launch a river cruise from Mahamodara River Face of Ging River at Galle for Birds Watching and explore the Eco system in the River such as Mangroves and Fresh Water Aquatic creatures. In this river cruise would be able to explore many birds including several endemic Birds as well as migrant Birds in some part of the year. Doing this River cruise for birds watching, we highly recommend late afternoon cruise start around 4.00pm to have wonderful sceneries as it is sun set draw beautiful colors on the nature.
