Meet your driver around 8:00 AM at your accommodation or at the meeting point provided if your accommodation is not accessible by car and start your adventure. We will take a 3-hour journey to the beautiful city of Essaouira on the Atlantic Coast, including a 3-stop break on the way, to get some great souvenirs by taking some scenic photos.
On the way, you can see the Argan trees and we will visit to an association of Berber women producing Argan oil to know more about this magical product and the benefits of it. This immersion will allow you to witness the various stages of artisanal production, from fruit harvesting to oil extraction, using ancestral techniques passed down through the generations. Beyond its artisanal aspect, this cooperative embodies a true lever of emancipation for the women of the region, offering them concrete ways to acquire financial independence and promote their expertise.
Once you arrive in Essaouira, formerly known as Mogador, visit the historic Skala de la Kasbah, a seafront fortification offering panoramic views of the ocean and the bustling fishing port, where blue boats line up along the docks. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy a freshly grilled seafood lunch at one of the local restaurants near the port.
After visiting the port with its bronze cannons, you'll have time to enjoy the charming sights of Essaouira. Discover the city's ocher-colored walls, which divide the old town into several districts — some of which served as filming locations for famous series like Game of Thrones. Stroll through the beautiful Moulay El Hassan square, explore the lively souks and the narrow streets of the historic Medina, and take a moment to relax by the calm, scenic beach.
