What's Included
Meeting and pickup
-This Bus fits up to 16 passengers with 12 check-in bags, and 6 carry-on bags. - You can book this bus for your transfer from Houston to Galveston, or for your transfer from Galveston to Houston. -We are picking up the travelers at Houston hotels, Galveston hotels, or Galveston cruise port. - This bus is not for pickup from the airport terminals. - If you arrive at IAH Airport, we will pick you up from the Marriott hotel at IAH Airport. - For pickup from the cruise port, we pick up from the designated pickup area of each cruise terminal. - Please note that we may perform the service with bigger bus, or multiple cars with the same capacity if the 16 passenger bus is not able to perform the service for any reason out of our hand. - The rate is all inclusive price for one way for up to 16 passenger. - AAdmirals may use bigger bus, or multiple cars with the same capacity with no additional charges to perform the service in case the bus is not able to perform the service for any reason.
What to expect
- Our Chauffeur will pick you up from the Marriott hotel at IAH airport if the pickup from IAH Airport.
- If the pickup from hotels in Houston to Galveston, our chauffeur will be at the entrance of the hotel at the assigned pickup time and pick you up from the hotel.
-We will pick the travelers up, and start moving from Houston to Galveston.
- There is water on board.
-You can enjoy local radio based on your request and preferences.
-the chauffeur will arrive at your booked final destination, either it is the cruise terminal in Galveston, or a hotel in Galveston, and will drop you off with your luggage.
- The trip duration is approximately 70 minutes without traffic, depending on the traffic and the weather conditions on that day and time, also depending on your arrival time and what time you get out of the Security point check and customs gate.
Galveston Shuttle travels.
- The rate is all inclusive price for one way per bus fits up to 16 people. Please be aware of the luggage capacity, no check-in or carry-on bags are allowed to put on the seats.
- We also connect with travelers by text message or WhatsApp/email for international travelers.
- We are trying our best to provide you with smooth and comfortable service. So, we will need the arrival flight airline and flight number if the pick-up is from IAH Airport, also we need the lead travel name, cellphone number, email address, and travel agent's email address if any.
-Please note that we may use a bigger bus, or multiple vehicles with the same capacity to perform the service if the assigned vehicle cannot catch up with your pickup time for any reason.
