Meeting and pickup
We are locate at Pier A, Slip 15 Please look for the X-Treme Parasail shack with a jet ski on the roof when you arrive (our gate is close by). Parking lot is right across and the Pier A gate is to the right of the stop sign. A staff member will greet you at the gate. Arrive 15 min before departure.

- We kindly ask that you arrive to Pier A, 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for a smooth check-in. The boat departs promptly at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late and miss the departure, it will be considered a "no call, no show" and we won’t be able to offer a refund.
