You will be picked up from your hotel or place of residency. You will first visit the highlights in the city: Marienplatz with New and Old City Hall (some walking involved, since this is a pedestrian zone), Viktualienmarkt (Germany's most famous farmers market), Feldherrenhalle (where you will hear all about Hitler's failed attempt to overthrow the government years before he actually came to power), Frauenkirche.

You will then see some of the sights further away from the city center. English Garden is a beautiful park with meadows, the river, beer garden at the Chinese Tower, and much more.

The seat of the Bavarian kings is one of Europe's largest royal castles, surrounded by a beautiful park. If you like you can visit inside (entrance fee not included)

Visit the site of the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich.
