The itinerary details will be confirmed with you 3-5 days before your departure via WhatsApp. Please be aware that our private charter service provides only transportation; it does not include a guide. This ensures you have the freedom to explore independently while enjoying the convenience of a dedicated driver. If you desire a more guided experience, you have the option to enhance your trip by requesting a tour guide from our company who can provide insights and enrich your exploration.

Itinerary:
Our service is available from Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00. (Please note that a surcharge will be applied for services requested outside of these operating hours.)
When making your reservation, kindly indicate the areas and locations you plan to visit. Our Customer Service team will confirm the itinerary details with you and arrange both the vehicle and driver for your trip 3-5 days prior to the departure date via WhatsApp, Line, email, or other communication channels. (Line/WeChat users, please ensure that your ID is set to public.)
About the driver:
The driver won't enter the attractions with you and no guide service will be available, unless you requested a professional guide for an additional fee.
Drivers will be allocated based on your order and language preferences. During busy travel periods, drivers fluent in other languages may be allocated. In these instances, our customer service team will offer online support on the day of your trip as well.
Overtime charges (including extended durations at spots, traffic jams, etc.) will be in cash: KRW 25,000 per hour.
The driver will make every effort to find free parking. For paid parking, charges will be claimed with you based on the receipt (please settle in cash at the end of the tour, if any).
Please note that our driver does not accept credit card payments. If additional fees apply beyond your package, please prepare cash in advance.
Cancellation policy:
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
Pick-up and drop-off:
We accept one pick-up point only. If starting from different points, please book separately.
Please wait at the pick up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time.
Departure time will be decided based on the guest's itinerary.
The total service duration is 10 hours, from the meet-up point to the drop-off location.

Traveling from Seoul to suburban attractions typically involves a two-hour drive each way, with similar travel times between different area. It's best to visit 2-3 nearby attractions. (e.g. Chuncheon: Nami Island, strawberry picking, Rail bike / Paju: Outlet, Imjingak & DMZ, Malddong Donut Cafe.)
