Itinerary

Duration: 11 days (approximately)
    Day 1

    Drive to Pokhara (820 meters) by tourist bus. 6-7 hours.

    Annapurna Mountain Range

    After breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara via Prithvi Highway on a tourist bus. Experience picturesque landscapes along the highway as you drive alongside rivers, terraced farms, and many villages and towns until you reach Pokhara. In Pokhara, you can spend the evening relaxing by the lakeside/Phewa Lake. Overnight at hotel.

    Drive to Nayapul (1010 meters) and trek to Ulleri (1920 meters) 4-5 hours.

    Annapurna Mountain Range

    We leave Pokhara as we drive through the countryside to Nayapul. After the 2-hour drive to Nayapul, we start our trek by crossing the suspension bridge over Modi River and heading towards Birethanti. Walking on stone steps, we pass through the villages of Mathathanti, Sudame, Hille, and Tikhedhunga to arrive in Ulleri. Glimpses of Annapurna South (7219m) and Patal Hiunchuli (6441m) can be seen from Ulleri.

    Trek to Ghorepani (2860 meters) 4-5 hours.

    We walk on an easy trail through thick forests of rhododendron and cross the villages of Banthanti and Nangethanti on our way to Ghorepani. Ascending uphill on stone stairs, we enter the village of Ghorepani. Upon arrival, we are embraced with a panorama of the Annapurna massif and its adjacent peaks.

  • Day 4

    Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210meters) and then to Tadapani (2610 meters). 6-7 hours.

    We start the day with an early morning ascent to Poon Hill along the snowy trails to witness the majestic sunrise over the peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges along with Nilgiri(7061m), Lamjung Himal (6983m), and Machhapuchhre (6993m). We then retrace our way back to Ghorepani and continue to climb down to the village of Tadapani.

    Trek to Chommrong (2170 meters.) 5-6 hours.

    Ascend uphill and then downhill on a forested trail before crossing the suspension bridge over Kimrong Khola to reach the hot spring of Jhinu Danda. We can take a short rest in the hot spring before entering the mesmerizing village of Chhomrong. Upon reaching Chhomrong, we are rewarded with an amazing view of Annapurna South (7219m) and Machhapuchhre (6993m).

    Trek to Himalaya (2920 meters) 6-7 hours.

    Annapurna Mountain Range

    Today is an easy walk through rhododendron forest adorned with orchids and ferns. We descend down stone stairs, and upon crossing Chhomrong Khola, we ascend to Sinuwa. We then descend through stone staircases to reach Bamboo. From Bamboo, we walk through the forested trail to reach Dobhan and then Himalaya.

    Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130 meters) 6-7 hours.

    We ascend to Deurali and walk along stone stairs to reach a picturesque area featuring alluring vista of snow-capped mountains to reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m). Then, following the moraines of South Annapurna Glacier, we reach the base camp of Annapurna South (7219m). We get to experience a 360-degree view of snow-capped peaks including the Annapurna massif, Annapurna South (7219m), Machhapuchhre (6993m), Patal Hiunchuli (6441m), and several other wonderful peaks.

    Trek back to Bamboo (2345 meters) 6-7 hours.

    We start the day by descending to Machhapuchhre Base Camp through the moraine route. Enjoying the view of the snowy peaks, we follow the trails of Modi Khola through the forest of rhododendron and fir and climb down past Deurali and Himalaya to finally reach Bamboo.

    Trek to Jhinu hot spring (1780 meters) 5-6 hours.

    We first ascend through an amusing forest to Sinuwa, then head down to Chhomrong Khola to finally ascend the stone stairs to upper Chhomrong. We then descend to Jhinu Danda and enjoy a warm dip in the natural hot spring to let our sore muscles relax.

    Trek to Nayapul (1010 meters) 5-6 hours and drive to Pokhara.

    Annapurna Mountain Range

    After the amazing trek, we descend to Nayapul following the trails of Modi Khola and enjoying the picturesque landscapes along the way. From Nayapul, we drive back to Pokhara. In the evening, you can either rest or stroll around the lakeside streets of Pokhara.

    Drive back to Kathmandu (1345 meters) by tourist bus. 7-8 hours.

    Early in the morning, we leave Pokhara as we drive back to Kathmandu on a tourist bus. Enjoying the amazing greenery and the villages along the highway, we arrive in the capital. Upon arrival, you can either rest in your hotel room or explore the nearby markets.
