The journey begins with a guided tour through the rows of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella to discover the local microclimate. It continues in the cellar to learn the secrets of winemaking for Ripasso and Amarone.The core of the activity is the tasting of three iconic wines (Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Ripasso, and Amarone). This is followed by a gourmet picnic immersed in nature. Guests can choose a traditional dish from tagliolini with ragù, porcini mushroom tortelli, or eggplant parmigiana, accompanied by side dishes, sbrisolona cake, and coffee.
