A unique day experience to explore the famous battlefields of WW1 where the US Marine Corps lost more men that in its entire history till then and deserved the nick- name "DEVIL DOGS". It is a very in depth tour that covers every aspect of the battle from its begining to the end. The battle lasted for 20 days and there is a lot of terrain to explore and many stories to be told. This tour was very much appreciated by every US Marine that toured with us, but as well by any war history enthousiast.
We will pick and drop off all travelers whatever the location within Paris area.

Hill 142 - the opening attack of the Belleau Wood by the 1st Battalion, 5th Regiment
The town as an important objective of the 2nd & 3rd Battalion, 6th regiment. Here we will stop at the famous 1775 Bar (the lunch will be fresh sandwiches from boulangerie and we eat them at the bar) Please be aware the bar is closed on Wednesdays !
Walk many parts of this epic battlefield: hills, parts of the forest, the weat fields where so many Marines got cut down. Sightsee many crates after the artillery barrage, remaining trenches and many more.
Stop at the famous "Buldog fountain" from which every Marine must drink. Sightseeing of the old property of the Belleau family.
Stop at the museum of the Belleau Wood battle
Stop at the US Cemetery where many of the brave Marines rest in peace. Folding of the flag can be arranged for US Marines or relatives of those who fought at Belleau.
