Travel from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai on a private full-day tour with your own car and English speaking drive or guide, and discover northern Thailand's most remarkable contemporary temples. Begin at Wat Rong Khun, the famous White Temple, where brilliant white architecture, intricate sculpture and modern Buddhist symbolism create one of Thailand's most distinctive landmarks.
Continue to Wat Rong Suea Ten, the Blue Temple, whose vivid blue-and-gold interiors offer a striking contrast, then finish at Wat Huay Pla Kang, a hilltop complex crowned by an enormous Guanyin statue and a multi-tiered pagoda with panoramic views.
The car is yours alone, so you decide how long to spend at each temple while your driver/guide handles the long drive between the two cities. Please wear clothing that covers shoulders and knees. Entrance fees are not included and are paid on the day.
