Leave Rovaniemi behind on a private day tour through the peaceful landscapes of Finnish Lapland to Ranua, home to one of Finland's best-known wildlife attractions. Your own car and English speaking driver/guide pick you up from your accommodation.
The journey south by Road 78 takes you through forests, small settlements and quiet countryside, while your driver/guide shares local insights along the way.
At Ranua Wildlife Park, enjoy plenty of free time to follow the forest walking route and meet Arctic and northern animals in spacious natural surroundings. Afterwards, continue to the small town of Ranua for lunch, refreshments or a short look around.
On the way back, depending on the season, road conditions and time, your driver/guide can pause at a scenic spot for photos of rural Lapland before bringing you back to your accommodation. Park admission, food and drinks are not included.
