  Basilica de Nossa Senhora do Rosario de Fatima

  Located in the Cova da Iria, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, better known as Sanctuary of Fatima is a place of Christian pilgrimage and Catholic devotion. Founded and preserved in memory of events, namely the apparitions of Our Lady to the three little shepherds, Lúcia, Francisco and Jacinta, in 1917, is known worldwide, and one of the most important sanctuaries in the world of the Catholic Church. This magical place receives about six million visitors each year.
