Meeting and pickup
When coming to Hilo on a cruise ship: Once you enter the terminal building, make your way towards the large exit. I will be standing, with other tour guides, holding a sign with your name. We will be standing in a small roped off area across from the restrooms.

- It is recommended to bring a light jacket and close-toed shoes
- A maximum of 4 guests per booking
- We use a Ford F-150, 4-door pickup truck. You must be able to get in and out of the truck unassisted
