    MATERUNI Waterfall/Coffee ceremony/ Hot Spring

    Materuni Waterfalls

    Enjoy a full day village tour with a guided hike to Materuni waterfalls along the trek enjoy the beautiful untouched nature as you visit the 90m high Materuni waterfalls which is the highest waterfall in Moshi area spending 30minutes swimming at the natural pool Before returning to experience the traditional coffee processing technique and participate in making organic Materuni coffee and try some freshly ground coffee in a beautiful setting and watch a demonstration of the Banana beer making process before sampling the local beverage. Please bring appropriate swim wear, foot wear and a towel if you wish to swim at the waterfall. After lunch (included) we will continue towards Chemka Hot spring where you spend time swimming and relaxing among the trees occupied by monkeys. The water is spacious and very tempting to swim, the weather is also tropical and perfect for swimming sessions. The beautiful surroundings and the warmth of the water may act as a therapy session.

    Tarangire National Park

    Tarangire National Park

    The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania's dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. We will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and do two exciting morning and afternoon game drives, along the Tarangire River. Late afternoon we depart for Moshi where we will end our safari adventure. After Tarangire we will stop at Masai village "Manyata Lucas" where you learn more about Masai living, culture, daily life, and enjoy Masai traditional dance. Overnight at Fanaka Lodge by Lake Manyara for the following day to Ngorongoro Crater.

    Ngorongoro Crater

    Ngorongoro Conservation Area

    Ngorongoro crater is just one part of a larger area of interrelated ecosystems consisting of the crater highlands (to which the Ngorongoro Crater belongs) together with larger stretches of plains bush and woodland. Ngorongoro conservation area covers an area of about 8300 sq km. Near its centre is the olduvai Gorge where many fossils have been earthed. Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s best known wildlife – viewing areas. The crater is about 20kms wide and it is one of the largest calderas in the world. Within its walls is a variety of animals and vegetation, including grasslands, swamps, forests, salt pans, a fresh water lake and rich wildlife. The wildlife found includes lions, elephants, buffalos, wildebeests, Thomson’s gazelles, zebras reedbucks.

    Arusha National Park

    You’ll start the Day with a short drive to Arusha National Park, this will take about 30 minutes (from Arusha). From here we’ll start driving trough the beautiful green surroundings of Arusha National Park to spot some local wildlife. All this with a stunning view of Mt. Meru on the background. After, your local safari ranger will take you on a walking safari. The walking safari gives you a whole new and unique perspective of the national park and it’s super exciting! The scents and sounds of the African bush are best experience by foot. Apart from sharing loads of knowledge your guide will also tell you all about the unique flora & fauna. After we move to Lake Duluti for forest hiking and boat riding on the Lake. Lunch included

    Mount Kilimanjaro hiking day

    Get a shot at climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro without having to reach the summit on this private trek from Arusha. Perfect for beginners or those without the time to make a full multi-day climb, this hike covers the first leg of the Marangu Route to the Mandara Huts. Views of Kilimanjaro’s peak, trek rainforest trails filled with birds, mongoose and blue and colobus monkeys; and re-energise with a picnic lunch at Mandara before your descent.
