Meeting and pickup
On calm sea days, our captain can pick you up directly from the beach near your hotel. If the sea is choppy, we’ll arrange transportation from your hotel to the nearest safe docking area for boarding. We’ll be in touch with all the details the day before and again on the morning of your trip to confirm the best plan.
You’ll find your guide waiting for you at the end of the road by the river, right next to Sittee River Marina. You have the option to park inside the Sittee River Marina compound for a small fee of $5 USD, or you can choose to park along the roadside, which is also a safe and convenient choice.
What to expect
As you glide along, keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, sea turtles, and stingrays swimming gracefully beside the boat. Once you arrive at the reef, your knowledgeable local guide will take you through vibrant coral gardens and underwater channels, showcasing a dazzling array of tropical fish like parrotfish, angelfish, butterflyfish, eagle rays, and, if you’re lucky, even a nurse shark.
