Meeting and pickup
Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the confirmed time to ensure smooth transfers for all guests.
For hotel pickups, kindly wait in the main lobby area where vehicles are permitted to stop. For resorts with restricted vehicle access, please wait at the main entrance or security gate unless otherwise advised. Our driver will contact you via the phone number provided during booking if necessary.
Airport pickups include a meet-and-greet service at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. For cruise terminal or ferry jetty pickups, please wait at the main exit area after disembarkation.
If you are staying at a private residence, please provide the full address and clear directions during booking. Any changes to your pickup location must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
If you experience delays or cannot locate your driver, please contact our support team immediately using the number provided on your ticket.
