Then, indulge in the renowned Num Banh-Chok or Cambodian rice noodle with green curry soup, a true taste of authentic Cambodian cuisine.
Next, venture to the popular local night market in Siem Reap. Delight your taste buds with an array of sweet desserts, savory skewered meats, and even some adventurous options like fried crickets, fried frog, grasshoppers, and water beetles. These delicacies may surprise you with their delectable flavors.
