Meeting and pickup
Airport Arrival Pick-up After clearing the immigration checks and collecting your luggage (restricted area). Please look for the driver at the EXIT GATE, Arrival Hall (public area), we will be holding onto a placard with your name on it so you can spot us easily. If you can not find the driver, please contact us at the number listed on the voucher. Departure Point You will be met at your hotel in the reception lounge or outside at the residential address provided. Transfers operate to meet all flights departing from Ho Chi Minh city's domestic or international terminal. Our operator will reconfirm the time of pickup, normally 3 hours before the departure time for both international and domestic flights. If your destination is in a suburban area such as District 2, District 7, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, or Binh Chanh, please select the correct option during booking.

Proceed to the Landing Visa section where you will meet our visa staff. * Meet Our Visa Staff: Look for a staff member holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you through the Fast Track Line * Passport stamp: Present the following documents: Passport & E-Visa. The visa staff will assist you to get your visa stamped. * Collect Your Luggage (Self-Service): After getting your visa stamped, proceed to the luggage collection area on your own. * Proceed to Arrival Hall (Self-Service): After collecting your luggage and go through scanning, head to the arrival hall. on your own. * Airport Transfer (if booked): Look for our driver holding a welcome board with your name. He will assist you to the car and drive you to your hotel.
